1 Introduction

These terms cover the use of RonaldoStats.app ("we", "our" or "us"), its pages and the files published with it. By using the site you agree to them.

2 What you may do

• Read the site and share links to any of its pages
• Quote a figure or a short extract in an article, a post or a discussion, with a credit to RonaldoStats.app and a link to the page it came from

3 Automated access

You may not use scrapers, crawlers, scripts, bots, scheduled requests or any other automated means to copy, extract, monitor or collect the site's pages, tables, figures or data files, or the content of its source repository, for use anywhere else. This includes feeding another website, app, database, dataset or service, whether or not the material is credited to RonaldoStats.app.

Search engines and the citation agents listed in our robots.txt may read and index the site as set out there. Any other automated access needs our written permission.

4 Reuse and republishing

The text, the tables as compiled, the layout and design, the code and the dataset behind the figures are our work. A single fact, such as one goal total, belongs to no one, but the selection and arrangement of the statistics as a whole does. You may not republish substantial parts of the site, its tables or its dataset, or copy its design or code, without our written permission.

Where the law gives the maker of a database rights in it, as in the European Union and the United Kingdom, those rights apply to the dataset as a whole.

5 Source code

The source repository is public so that anyone can see how the figures are compiled. Publishing it does not grant a licence to reuse it. All rights are reserved, as the LICENSE file in the repository states.

6 Accuracy

The figures are gathered from several sources and checked against one another, but we cannot guarantee that every figure is complete or free of error. Corrections are welcome by email.

7 If these terms are broken

We may block access to the site from anyone who breaks these terms, and may ask the hosts and search engines of sites that use our material without permission to remove it.

8 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top will change.
